ENGLISH 3 1. SAFETY INFORMATION Before the installation and use of the appliance, carefully read the supplied instructions. The manufacturer is not responsible if an incorrect installation and use causes injuries and damages. www.aeg.com • Before maintenance cut the power supply. • Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the glass door since they can scratch the surface, which may result in shattering of the glass. • Excess spillage must be removed before the pyrolytic cleaning. Remove all parts from the oven. • Only use the core temperature sensor recommended for this appliance.

If not, contact an electrician. • Always use a correctly installed shockproof socket. • Do not use multi-plug adapters and extension cables. • Make sure not to cause damage to the mains plug and to the mains cable. Turn the knob for the temperature / to set the temperature. The fast heat up function does not deactivate after the acoustic signal. You must deactivate the function manually. 4. Set an oven function. An acoustic signal sounds when the appliance is at the set temperature. 5.
ENGLISH 11 6. CLOCK FUNCTIONS SYMBOL FUNCTION DESCRIPTION MINUTE MINDER To set a countdown time. This function has no effect on the operation of the oven. You can set the MINUTE MINDER at any time, also when the appliance is off. TIME OF DAY To set, change or check the time of day. Refer to “Setting the time”. DURATION To set how long the appliance must operate. First set an oven function before you set this function. END To set when the appliance must be deactivated.
