www.aeg.com 9.1 Core temperature sensor The core temperature sensor measures the core temperature of the meat. When the meat is at the set temperature, the appliance deactivates. There are two temperatures to set: • The oven temperature: refer to the table for roasting in the recipe book. • The core temperature: refer to the table for the core temperature sensor in the recipe book. Only use the core temperature sensor supplied or the correct replacement parts. 1. 2. Activate the appliance.

These edges and the shape of the guide-bars are a special device to prevent the cookware from slipping.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS 10.1 My Favourite Programme function Use this function to save your favourite temperature and time settings for an oven function or programme.
