www.aeg.com Oven function Application Oven function Application This function is designed to save energy during Moist Fan Bak- cooking. For the cooking instructions refer to ing "Hints and tips" chapter, Moist Fan Baking. The oven door should be closed during cooking so that the function is not interrupted and to ensure that the oven operates with the highest energy efficiency possible. When you use this function, the temperature in the cavity may differ from the set temperature.

The oven door has three glass panels. You can remove the oven door and the internal glass panels to clean them. Read the whole "Removing and installing door" instruction before you remove the glass panels. Do not use steel wool, acids or abrasive materials as they can damage the oven surface.

The oven contains features which help you save energy during everyday cooking. Use the residual heat to warm up other dishes. General hints Make sure that the oven door is closed properly when the oven operates. Do not open the door too often during cooking. Keep the door gasket clean and make sure it is well fixed in its position. Use metal dishes to improve energy saving.
