ENGLISH When the water hardness exceeds the values in the table, fill the water drawer with bottled water. 1. Take the 4 colour change strip supplied with the steam set in the oven. 2. Put all the reaction zones of the strip into the water for approximately 1 second. Do not put the strip into the running water. 3. Shake the strip to remove the excess of the water. 4. For the cooking instructions refer to "Hints and tips" chapter, Moist Fan Baking. The oven door should be closed during cooking so that the function is not interrupted and to ensure that the oven operates with the highest energy efficiency possible. When you use this function, the temperature in the cavity may differ from the set temperature.
ENGLISH Heating function Steam Regenerating Defrost Au Gratin Application Food reheating with steam prevents surface drying. Heat is distributed in a gentle and even way, which allows to recover taste and aroma of food as just prepared. This function can be used to reheat food directly on a plate. Directions for the best results: • Ingredients should be at room temperature. • Core temperature sensor cannot be used for liquid dishes. • During cooking the core temperature sensor must remain in the dish and the plug in the socket. • Use recommended food core temperature settings. Refer to "Hints and tips" chapter. The oven calculates an approximate end of cooking time.
ENGLISH 3. Insert the tip of the core temperature sensor exactly in the centre of the casserole. The core temperature sensor should be stabilized in one place during baking. Use a solid ingredient to achieve that. Use the rim of the baking dish to support the silicone handle of the core temperature sensor.
