Humidity Low The function is suitable for meat, poultry, oven dishes and casseroles. Thanks to the combination of steam and heat, meat gets a tender and juicy texture along with a crusty surface. Steam Regenerating Food reheating with steam prevents surface drying.

Put approximately 1/2 litre of water into the baking tray to give sufficient moisture in the oven. Do not use jars with twist-off and bayonet type lids or metal tins. To clean metal surfaces, use a dedicated cleaning agent. Clean the oven interior after each use. Fat accumulation or other food remains may result in a fire.
