10.15 Yogurt Function
This function allows you to prepare
yogurt.
Mix 0.25 kg of yogurt with 1 l of milk. Fill
it in yogurt jars.
If you use raw milk, boil it first and let it
cool down to 40 °C.
Use second shelf position.
Set the temperature to 42 °C.
