Contact the Authorised Service Centre. • Be careful when you remove the door from the appliance. The door is heavy! • Fat and food remaining in the appliance can cause fire. • Clean regularly the appliance to prevent the deterioration of the surface material. • Clean the appliance with a moist soft cloth. www.aeg.com 7.4 Pan supports The pan supports are not resistant to washing in a dishwasher. They must be washed by hand. 1. Remove the pan supports to easily clean the hob. Be very careful when you replace the pan supports to prevent the hob top from damage. 2. After you clean the pan supports, make sure that they are in correct positions. 3. For the burner to operate correctly, make sure that the arms of the pan supports are aligned with the centre of the burner. 7.

www.aeg.com 10.2 Baking • Use the lower temperature the first time. • Cakes and pastries at different heights do not always brown equally. There is no need to change the temperature setting if an unequal browning occurs. The differences equalize during baking. • Trays in the oven can twist during baking. When the trays become cold again, the distortions disappear. To prevent too much smoke in the oven during roasting, add some water into the deep pan.
