Understand Menu Structure
Through the DVB-T Receiver
The signals received by the aerial cannot be processed by a television
set. They are prepared in the integrated DVB receiver in such a way that
audio and video signals (AV) are available at its outputs, which are then
passed to the television set.
DVB-T stands for:
Digital Video Broadcasting Terrestrial: a universal digital transmission
method for pictures, graphics, sound and text, i.e. for data in every
imaginable form and in every possible quality that is appropriate in the
respective case.
When the system is used for the rst time, the following screen and the
installation assistant are displayed.
1. Select “Yes“ on the rst screen and conrm with the ENTER button.
2. Set the country, OSD language and channel sorting option in the
next display. Then select “Next” and conrm with ENTER.
NOTE:
If supported by the broadcast station, and when the LCN function
is activated, local regional channels will be stored in order, regard-
less of their frequency.
3. Select “Yes” and conrm with ENTER in order to start the automatic
search for DVB-T channels.
4. The system will enter channel search mode and then display the rst
found channel.
Change DVB-T Default Settings
NOTE:
The DVB-T Setting menu may only be selected in DVB-T mode.
You may change numerous default settings using the screen menu.
Press the SETUP (Fig. 2/21) of the remote control to start the menu for
default setting changes.
Within the menu set up you will nd 2 menu levels:
Main menu: The main menu is displayed by graphic symbols.
Sub-menu: Within every main menu entry you will nd the cor-
responding sub-menu entries.
