Hints for FM / DAB Reception
The FM and DAB reception are dependent on the
location.
Follow the steps below:
- Completely extend the telescopic antenna.
- For FM: If necessary, change the position of the
telescopic antenna to improve the reception.
- For DAB: For optimal DAB reception, we recommend
to align the telescopic antenna vertically.
Depending on the location, some station may not be
received in your region or only with interference.
When playing a radio station, the time and date is taken
from the broadcasting service.
The FM and/or DAB supplementary information (RDS /
DLS) may differ. This is selected and transmitted individ-
ually by the broadcast stations. If the reception quality at
your location is inadequate, the supplementary informa-
tion may be displayed incorrectly or not at all. This is not a
malfunction of the device!

“FM”.
2. You have two options for tuning a station:
- Press the / buttons.
- Press the SCAN button. Depending on which button
you have already pressed ( or ), the unit scans to
the next or previous station.
3. If the reception is too weak and there is noise on the
received station, try to improve the reception by changing
the position of the telescopic antenna.
