» Never use abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents. A
damp cloth is sufcient for cleaning the appliance.
» Check the taps regularly. Limescale deposits at the
spouts can be removed using commercially available
descaling agents.
6. Troubleshooting
Problem
The appliance will not
start despite the DHW
valve being fully open.
There is no power. Check the fuses/
MCBs in your fuse
box/distribution panel.
The flow rate is too
low for switching on
the heating output.
The aerator in the tap
or the shower head is
scaled up or contam-
inated.
Clean and/or descale
the aerator or shower
head.
If you cannot remedy the fault, notify your qualied contractor.
