3. Use the navigation buttons (Fig. 3/12) to select the desired direc-
tory or le on the left.
4. Press ENTER (Fig. 3/13) to conrm.
File: The le content is displayed or played if a le is selected.
Directory: If a directory is selected the le list opens.
Select the desired le with the navigation buttons and ENTER

Note:
Numerous reproduction and compression procedures as well as dier-
ences in quality of CDs/DVDs and burned CDs and DVDs are available.
Because of this reason problems with the play of les, (i.e. les may
be displayed but cannot be played), may occur in isolated cases. This is
not a malfunction of the unit.
NOTE:
Press “
“ (Fig. 3/12) to return from the le list to the directories.
Exit Play
Press the STOP“ button (Fig. 3/5) on the remote control to exit
playback.
Display Photos
The DVD-Player is equipped to display your digital photos. These
photos may be stored on any media supported by your DVD-player
(DVD, CD, etc.).
NOTE:
Ensure an acceptable photo size. Very large photos may be
displayed at a very slow speed or not at all. Ideally the photo size
corresponds with the picture format of the play. In TVs this is
normally 1024x576 Pixel (size 16:9) or 768x576 (Size 4:3).
Please be aware that any conversion may lead to loss of informa-
tion regarding the original format.
Start the photo display by selecting the le you would like to start the
display with a Page 54, “Select ile/index and start playback“.
NOTE:
After a short moment in the two-column menu a preview is displayed
on the right.
Turn Pages
Pause paging: Press PLAY/PAUSE (Fig. 3/5) to pause the
automatic slideshow. Press
PLAY/PAUSE, again to continue
slideshow mode.
Rotate Pictures
You may rotate the picture during display by using the navigation
buttons:
