your playback device supports this setting.
• BypressingtheVIDEO button (Fig. 3/26) you can also switch
between the video output options. (Only in Stop Mode possible.)
HD Resolution
Here you can select the resolution supported by your playback device.
In order to achieve the best possible picture quality, we recommend the
AUTO setting.
Auto: The maximum possible/supported resolution is set automati-
cally.
480p / 576p; 720p; 1080i; 1080p: The picture is displayed with the
selected resolution.
NOTE:
The “HD“ menu can only be selected if in the “Video Output“ menu the
“HD“ option is activated.
Digital Output
Here you specify the settings for the digital Audio output.
O: No digital audio signal is produced.
PCM: Output of a digital Audio signal that is converted to a
2-channel signal. Use this setting if your amplier is a two-channel
stereo amplier.
RAW: Output of a digital Audio signal. Use this setting if your ampli-
er is no two-channel stereo amplier.
NOTE:

setting for the Audio output.
• ManyTVsetsonlyplaybackthedigitalaudiosignalviatheHDMI
connection. If connecting via HDMI therefore, select the PCM
setting.

be spread over two stereo channels (including via the scart socket).
