Wire shelf: Push the shelf between the guide bars of the shelf support and make sure that the feet point down. Wire shelf and baking tray together: Put the wire shelf on the baking tray. Push the baking tray between the guide bars of the shelf support.
ENGLISH ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS COOLING FAN When the appliance operates, the cooling fan activates automatically to keep the surfaces of the appliance cool. If you deactivate the appliance, the cooling fan can continue to operate until the appliance cools down.

www.aeg.com ROASTING Roasting dishes • Use heat-resistant ovenware to roast (refer to the instructions of the manufacturer). • You can roast large roasting joints directly in the deep pan (if present) or on the wire shelf above the deep pan. • Roast lean meats in the roasting tin with the lid. This keeps the meat more succulent. • All types of meat that can be browned or have crackling can be roasted in the roasting tin without the lid. • We recommend that you cook meat and fish weighing 1 kg or more.

Then you can remove dirt more easily and it does not burn on. • Clean stubborn dirt with a special oven cleaner. • Clean all oven accessories after each use and let them dry.
