The temperature and time are only guidelines for a better result and can be adjusted. They depend on the recipes and the quality and quantity of the used ingredients. www.aeg.com WARNING! Use only cold tap water. Do not use filtered (demineralised) or distilled water. Do not use other liquids. Do not put flammable or alcoholic liquids into the water drawer. 1. Press the cover of the water drawer to open it and extract it from the appliance. 2. Fill the water drawer with cold water to the maximum level (around 950 ml). The water supply is sufficient for approximately 50 minutes. Use the scale on the water drawer. 3. Put the water drawer to its initial position. 4.

ENGLISH Dough Proving You can use this automatic function with any recipe for yeast dough you like. It gives you a good atmosphere for rising. Put the dough into a dish that is big enough for rising. It is not necessary to cover it. Insert a wire shelf on the first shelf position and put the dish in. Close the door and set the function: Dough Proving. Set the necessary time. If this occurs, do not change the temperature setting. The differences equalize during the baking procedure.
