13. Put the cover back and close the
pump access.
13.7 Cleaning the water inlet
fi lter
WARNING!
The water inlet hose contains elec-
trical components. Before unscrew-
ing the water inlet hose from the
water tap, disconnect the mains
plug from the mains socket.
INFORMATION
Check regularly if the water inlet
fi lter is clean.
Clean the water inlet fi lter especially if:
• The water inlet fi lter is clogged.
• The display shows the alarm code
.

Proceed as follows to clean the
water inlet fi lter:
1. Close the water tap.
2. Unscrew the water inlet hose from
the water tap.
3. Using a pliers, remove the water
inlet fi lter and the rubber seal.
4. Clean the water inlet fi lter.
5. Put the fi lter back with the rubber
seal.
6. Reconnect the hose.
7. Open the water tap and check if the
connection is watertight. If there is
water leakage, tighten the connec-
tion.
13.8 Emergency drain
Because of a malfunction, the appli-
ance cannot drain the water.
If this occurs, do steps (1) through (9)
of “Cleaning the drain pump” (13.6). If
necessary, clean the pump.
