If you are not satisfied with the washing results
If the washing is dull or if lime scale forms in the drum
You did not add enough detergent
You are not using an appropriate detergent.
Some dirt was not treated beforehand.
You have not chosen the right program or temperature.
The various elements of modular detergents were not added in the
right proportions.
If there are grey stains on the washing
You did not used enough detergent for washing with grease stains.
The washing program temperature was too low.
This is frequently caused by the softener that deposits on the washing,
particularly if it is concentrated. Eliminate this type of stain as quickly as
possible using water, and take care when using the softener concerned.
If there is still foam after the last rinse
New detergents can form foam in the last rinsing cycle. However, the
washing is sufficiently rinsed.
If there are any white deposits on the washing
These are insoluble components of some new detergents. This is not due
to poor quality rinsing. Shake or brush the washing. Think about using a
different detergent, possibly a liquid detergent.
