The washing ma-
chine vibrates when
operating, or is
noisy.
Transit packaging was not re-
moved.
Remove the transit packaging
as described in the Installation
and Connection instructions.
The machine is not level.
Adjust the feet according to
the Installation and Connec-
tion instructions.
There is very little washing in
the drum (for example one
dressing gown).
This does not affect the opera-
tion of the machine.
Water could not be fully
drained out before spinning
because the drain hose is
kinked or the water pump is
blocked.
Check the drain hose and re-
move any kinks if necessary or
clean the water pump and if
necessary remove any foreign
bodies from the pump hous-
ing.
Excessive foaming
during the main
wash.
Probably too much detergent
has been used
It may be necessary to reduce
the amount of detergent used.
Follow the detergent manu-
facturer's recommendations.
Water leaks out
of the washing ma-
chine.
The screw connection of the
inlet hose is leaking.
Tighten the inlet hose screw
connection.
The drainage hose is leaking.
Check the drainage hose and
replace if necessary.
The drain pump cover is not
correctly closed.
Close the cover correctly.
Washing is caught in the door.
Stop the programme, remove
the washing caught in the
door. Restart the programme.
The emergency emptying hose
is not correctly closed or is
leaking.
Close the emergency empty-
ing hose (see Section "Carry
out emergency emptying“).
Call your local Service Force
Centre if the emergency emp-
tying hose is leaking.
Fabric softener was
not rinsed in, the
æ compartment is
filled with water.
The insert in the conditioner
compartment is not correctly
attached or is blocked.
Clean the detergent dispenser
drawer and attach the condi-
tioner insert correctly.
