Troubleshooting
Problems Causes Solutions
The machine does not turn on. The machine is not connected to the
power source.
Connect the machine to the power source.
Contact Electrolux customer service.
The pump is very noisy.
No water ow.
No water in the tank. Fill the tank with fresh drinking water.
Check correct water tank position.
The loading lever doesn’t reach the
brewing position.
Capsule inserted incorrectly. Empty the used capsule compartment.
Repeat the sequence, open and close the lever. If that
is not enough remove the capsule manually from the
compartment after unplugging the machine safely.
The coee is cold. Preheat the cup with hot water.
The coee is brewed too fast, the
brewed coee is not creamy.
Capsule already used. Open the lever and insert a new capsule.
Coee is not brewed or brewed in
drips only.
Coee spout is clogged. Brew water without the use of a capsule.
The buttons do not stop ashing. Thermoblock is not working properly. Contact Electrolux customer service.
The machine requires a lot of time
to heat up.
The machine has limescale build up. Descale the machine.
Coee is not brewed and coee light
ashes very quickly (0.25s on and
0.25s o).
Thermal sensor is not working properly. Contact Electrolux customer service.
Capsule is stuck in the capsule com-
partment.
Used capsule stayed to long in the cap-
sule compartment.
Unplug the machine and remove the capsule manually
from the compartment.
If you cannot solve the trouble, contact Electrolux customer service.

Het apparaat gaat niet aan. De stekker van het apparaat zit niet
goed in het stopcontact.
Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
Neem contact op met Electrolux Service
De pomp maakt veel lawaai.
Er komt geen water.
Het waterreservoir is leeg. Vul het waterreservoir met schoon drinkwater.’
Controleer de juiste positie van de watertank.
De laadhendel bereikt niet de
brouwpositie.
Cupje verkeerd ingevoerd. Leeg het gebruikte capsulecompartiment.
Herhaal de volgorde, open en sluit de hendel. Als dat
niet voldoende is, dient u het cupje te verwijderen uit
het compartiment nadat u de stekker van de machine
veilig uit het stopcontact heeft gehaald.
De koe is te koud. Warm de kop voor met heet water.
De koe is te snel gebrouwen, de
gebrouwen koe is niet romig.
Cupje al gebruikt. Open de hendel en plaats een nieuw cupje.
De lampjes stoppen niet met knip-
peren
Het koemondstuk is verstopt. Water zetten zonder het gebruik van een capsule.
Als de machine niet warm wordt. Thermoblock werkt niet goed. Neem contact op met Electrolux Service
De machine heeft lang nodig om op
te warmen.
De machine heeft kalkaanslag. Ontkalk de machine.
Er wordt geen koe gezet en het
koelampje knippert heel snel (0.25
s aan en 0.25 s uit).
Temperatuursensor werkt niet goed. Neem contact op met Electrolux Service
De capsule zit vast in de capsul-
ehouder.
De gebruikte capsule heeft te lang in de
capsulehouder gezeten.
Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en verwijder de cap-
sule handmatig uit de capsulehouder.
