Removal of the batteries/battery disposal
The speakers are operated via built-in rechargeable lithium
batteries.
Remove these batteries/accumulators before disposal of
the unit.
As a consumer, you are legally bound to return used
batteries/accumulators.
WARNING:
Switch o (OFF) the speakers with the speaker ON/OFF
switch (10).
Remove the 4 screw covers
on the rear of the speaker.
Use a Phillips screwdriver
to remove the screws.
After the screws have been
removed, you can remove
the front of the speaker.
Now remove the screws (A)
on the battery cover with a
Phillips screwdriver.
Pull the cable from the
socket (B) and remove the
battery.
You can deposit it at a collection station for used batteries
or hazardous waste. Obtain information from your com-
munity.
