− Place a pot with the liquid to be heated under the steam nozzle and turn the
steam knob in anticlockwise direction.
− Wait until the liquid warms up and then close the steam knob.

Attention: when preparing milk for cappuccino, shake the milk
jug a little to improve the result.

Caution: never make coffee when steam is ready; if this is the
case, first of all reset the water level in the boiler as it will be
explained at the next paragraph.

Attention: after every steam jet press the hot water button (thus
resetting the water level in the boiler).
