ENGLISH 1. 3 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS In the interest of your safety and to ensure the correct use, before installing and first using the appliance, read this user manual carefully, including its hints and warnings. www.aeg.com 3.9 High temperature alarm An increase in the temperature in the freezer compartment (for example due to an earlier power failure) is indicated by: • flashing the alarm and freezer temperature indicators • sounding of buzzer. To reset the alarm: 1. Press any button. 2. The buzzer switches off. 3. The freezer temperature indicator shows the highest temperature reached for a few seconds. Then show again the set temperature. 4.

The activation of the DYNAMICAIR function increases the energy consumption. 3.14 FROSTMATIC function To switch on the function: 1. Press the Mode button until the corresponding icon appears. The FROSTMATIC indicator flashes. 2. Press the OK button to confirm. The FROSTMATIC indicator is shown. 9 This function stops automatically after 52 hours.

Each time the temperature controller is adjusted, wait for the temperature inside the appliance to stabilise before checking whether another adjustment is required. Only adjust the controller gradually and wait at least 12 hours before checking and perhaps adjusting it again.
ENGLISH 11 5.5 Movable shelves The walls of the refrigerator are equipped with a series of runners so that the shelves can be positioned as desired. Place the bottles (with the opening facing front) in the pre-positioned shelf. 5.6 Bottle rack If the shelf is positioned horizontally, place only closed bottles. This bottle rack can be tilted in order to store previously opened bottles. To obtain this result, pull the shelf up so it can rotate upwards and be placed on the next higher level. 5.

At the time of its removal from the freezer, pull the basket towards yourself and, upon reaching the end point, remove the basket by tilting its front upwards. Halten Sie dazu die Taste Mode und die Taste zum Senken der Temperatur mehrere Sekunden gedrückt. Die Änderung lässt sich rückgängig machen. 3.
DEUTSCH Informationen zur Auswahl einer anderen Temperatur finden Sie unter „Temperaturregelung“. 3.6 Temperaturregelung Die Temperatur des Kühl- und Gefrierraums lässt sich durch Drücken des jeweiligen Temperaturreglers einstellen. Stellen Sie die Standardtemperatur ein: • +5 °C für den Kühlschrank • -18 °C für den Gefrierschrank Die Temperaturanzeigen zeigen die eingestellten Temperaturen an. Die eingestellte Temperatur wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden erreicht.

Durch das Einschalten der Funktion DYNAMICAIR erhöht sich der Energieverbrauch. 3.14 FROSTMATIC-Funktion Zum Einschalten der Funktion: 1. Drücken Sie die Taste Mode, bis das entsprechende Symbol angezeigt wird. Die Anzeige FROSTMATIC blinkt. 2. Drücken Sie zur Bestätigung die Taste OK. Die Anzeige FROSTMATIC leuchtet. 29 Diese Funktion endet automatisch nach 52 Stunden.

DEUTSCH 31 5.4 DYNAMICAIR Der Kühlschrank ist mit einer Funktion ausgestattet, die für eine rasche Kühlung der Lebensmittel und eine gleichmäßigere Temperatur im Innenraum sorgt. Bei Bedarf schaltet sich diese Funktion selbsttätig ein, z. B. zur raschen Wiederherstellung der Temperatur, nachdem die Tür geöffnet wurde, oder wenn die Umgebungstemperatur hoch ist. Sie können die Funktion bei Bedarf manuell einschalten (siehe Funktion „DYNAMICAIR “).
www.aeg.com 5.7 Positionierung der Türeinsätze 1 2 3 5.8 FRESHBOX-Schublade Die Türeinsätze können in verschiedener Höhe positioniert werden; damit ermöglichen Sie das Lagern verschieden großer Lebensmittelpackungen. Bitte nehmen Sie die Einstellungen wie folgt vor: Ziehen Sie den Einsatz langsam in Richtung der Pfeile soweit heraus, bis er ganz aus der Führung ist, und setzen Sie ihn dann nach Wunsch wieder ein. 5.
DEUTSCH 33 6. PRAKTISCHE TIPPS UND HINWEISE 6.1 Normale Betriebsgeräusche • Unter Umständen ist ein leichtes Gurgeln und Blubbern zu hören, wenn das Kältemittel durch die Leitungen gepumpt wird. Das ist normal. • Bei eingeschaltetem Kompressor wird das Kältemittel umgewälzt und Sie hören ein Surren und ein pulsierendes Geräusch vom Kompressor. Das ist normal. • Die thermische Ausdehnung kann ein plötzliches Krachen verursachen. Das ist eine natürliche und nicht gefährliche physikalische Erscheinung.
www.aeg.com Salz verkürzt die Lagerzeit von Lebensmitteln im Gefrierfach; • werden Gefrierwürfel direkt nach der Entnahme aus dem Gefrierfach verwendet, können Sie zu Frostbrand auf der Haut führen; • es empfiehlt sich, das Einfrierdatum auf jeder einzelnen Packung zu notieren, um einen genauen Überblick über die Lagerzeit zu haben. 6.

Lagern Sie die Lebensmittel so, dass die Kaltluft im Gerät zirkulieren kann. Das Gerät funktioniert nicht. Das Gerät ist abgeschaltet. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein. Der Netzstecker ist nicht richtig in die Steckdose gesteckt. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker richtig in die Steckdose. Das Gerät bekommt keinen Strom. Es liegt keine Spannung an der Netzsteckdose an.
