This unit has been developed to accommodate the latest of
technical developments in the USB area. The large number of
different USB storage media offered today unfortunately does
not allow full compatibility of all storage media. Because of this
reason, problems with the play of USB storage media may
occur in isolated cases. This is not a malfunction of the unit.
Insert a USB storage media in the respective connection of
the DVD-Players (Fig. 2/22).
Press and hold the STOP button (Fig. 4/6) to access le
mode.
Select the “USB” mode by using the direction keys (Fig.
4/7). And then conrm by pressing the OK key (Fig. 4/20).
Select the desired le(s) and start Page 54, “Select File/
Index and Start Playback”.
If to return to DVD mode press and hold STOP button
again. Press the navigation buttons to select DISC mode.
Press the OK button (Fig. 4/20) to conrm.
Communication media may contain numerous data/les and
indexes. Therefore you must specify which les should be
played.
If this step has not been completed: Insert the CD or DVD
into the drive. You will see the le selection dialog now. It is
structured as follows:
Index Overview (1)
File Overview (2)
Currently selected Index and selected le (3):
The index name is displayed in brackets.
Example: “[Index1] File name2.jpg”.
“Selection Audio-Files” key (4): Displays music les.
“Selection Photo-Files” key (5): Displays photo les.
“Selection Video-Files” key (6): Displays video les.
Note:
In this menu you may select the index overview, the le
overview and the selection keys by using the direction
keys (◄, ►) on the remote control.
Please note:
Numerous reproduction and compression procedures as well
as differences in quality of CDs/DVDs and burned CDs and
DVDs are available.
Because of this reason problems with the play of les, (i.e.
les may be displayed but cannot be played), may occur in
isolated cases. This is not a malfunction of the unit.
