W h en using your appliance
Ensure fingers are k ept aw ay from th e
m oving m ixing blade. Th is could result in
injury!
Keep h ands and utensils out of container
w h ile blending to reduce th e risk of severe
injury to persons or dam age to th e blender. A
scraper m ay be used but m ust be used only
w h en th e blender is not running.
Never use th e m ixer if you h ave w et h ands.
Do not use th is appliance to stir paints
(lacq uers, polyesters etc.) Th is could result in
an explosion!
Never use th e applience in h ot fat (th ere is a
danger of splash es and you could burn
yourself).
Th e appliance sh ould be sw itch ed off and
unplugged before any cleaning or
m aintenance w ork is done on it.
Never clean th e m otor part under running
w ater or subm erge it in w ash ingup w ater.
Avoid letting th e m ixing attach m ent runnig
dry for m ore th an m ax. 15 seconds.
Th e m ixing attach m ent is only to be inserted
into or rem oved from th e appliance w h en it is
sw itch ed off.
Th e blender can be used to m ix food in any
suitable bow l. Standard h ouseh old plastic
m ixing bow ls are th e ideal ch oice, if th ese are
sufficiently deep, rounded and non- slip.
To reduce th e risk of injury, never place
cutting blade on base w ith out first putting
bow l properly in place.
Be sure ch opper lid is securely lock ed in place
before operating appliance.
Never sw itch on th e appliance until th e
w ork ing attach m ent is in th e m ixing bow l
w ith th e ingredients to be processed. Alw ays
w ait until th e attach m ent stops before you
rem ove th e bow l.
Do not h old any h ard objects (e.g. a spoon,
k nife or w h isk ) against th e m oving
attach m ent and do not touch it w ith your
h and. Th e appliance cannot be used for
ch opping ice or blending h ard and dry
substance, such as nut, candy. Oth erw ise th e
blade could be blunted.
Th e use of accessory not recom m ended by
th e m anufacturer m ay cause injuries to
persons.
Do not operate th e appliance for oth er th an
its intended use.
Do not stand th e appliance uprigh t for
storage but lay it dow n flat, oth erw ise th ere
is a danger of an accident.
W h en you h ave finish ed w ork ing w ith th e
appliance, sw itch it off and unplug it from
th e electricity supply.
Disposal
Pack aging m aterial
Th e pack aging m aterials are environm entally
friendly and can be recycled. Th e plastic
com ponents are identified by m ark ings, e.g.
> PE<, > PS<, etc. Please dispose of th e
pack aging m aterials in th e appropriate
container at th e com m unity w aste disposal
facilities.
Old appliance
Th e sym bol on th e product or on
its pack aging indicates th at th is product m ay
not be treated as h ouseh old w aste. Instead it
sh all be h anded over to th e applicable
collection point for th e recycling of electrical
and electronic eq uipm ent. By ensuring th is
product is disposed of correctly, you w ill h elp
prevent potential negative conseq uences for
th e environm ent and h um an h ealth , w h ich
could oth erw ise be caused by inappropriate
w aste h andling of th is product. For m ore

Operation
You can use th e blender e.g. for
produce m ixed drink s,
m ixing liq uids,
cutting up fruit and vegetables very sm all,
producing em ulsions (e.g. m ayonnaise,
sauces, crem es, toppings, and deserts based
on dairy products),
m ak ing pruée for vegetable soups or boiled
baby- food,
preparing coctails and sh ak es.
