Preparing for use
Before using for th e first tim e, it is advisable
for reasons or h ygiene to clean th e m ixing
attach m ent. Dry th e m ixing attach m ent w ell
before using it.
Inserting/rem oving th e m ixing attach m ent
(Figure 3)
Before inserting or releasing th e m ixing
attach m ent, sw itch off th e blender and
rem ove th e plug from th e m ains sock et!
Insert th e m ixing attach m ent to th e m otor
part and lock it by turning clock w ise.
Tor rem ove, unlock th e m ixing attach m ent by
turning it anticlock w ise.
W ork ing w ith th e blender
Th e appliance can be used for up to 1 m inute
w ith out stopping. It sh ould be allow ed to cool
afterw ards for at least 1 m inute.
Im portant: Blades are very sh arp, h andle
w ith care. Ensure th at th e h and- h eld blender
is unplugged from th e pow er outlet before
assem bling or rem oving attach m ents.
Insert th e blender deep into th e bow l, th en
press sw itch A (for speed I) or sw itch B (for
speed II) (Figure 2).
Start all types of processing at speed I. Th is
w ill avoid pow dery foods and liq uids spraying
out.
Ligh t upw ard and dow nw ard m ovem ents of
th e blender perm it th e m aterial being w ork ed
on to be h andled in th e best possible w ay.
Please m ak e sure th at:
th e m ixing attach m ent never h as m ore
th an tw o- th irds of its length im m ersed in
th e m aterial,
th e m ixing bow l is never m ore th an tw o-
th irds full (to avoid th e danger of splash es).
W ork ing w ith th e ch opper

M ax operation duration under h igh speed per
tim e cannot exceed 1 m inute, and 1 m inute
rest tim e m ust be m aintained at tw o
consecutive cycles.
Place th e ch opper bow l on a clean, level
surface.
Assem ble th e stainless steel blade into th e
ch opper bow l, as sh ow n in position A.
Place food into th e ch opper bow l.
Note: rem ove th e bone of th e m eat, cut
sm all piece (approxim ately 10- 15 m m ), th en
place th e m eat into th e bow l, th e m ax
q uantity of m eat cant exceed 200g in every
blending.
Attach th e lid onto th e ch opper bow l and
turn it in clock w ise direction until it lock s into
position (see position B).To detach th e lid,
turn in adverse direction.
Insert th e top part of th e ch opper into th e
h ole of th e ch opper lid, and turn in clock w ise
direction to lock (see position C).
Plug th e appliance to pow er outlet and
depress th e sw itch to begin operation.
To stop th e appliance, release th e sw itch at
th e top of th e m otor unit.
Caution: To reduce th e risk of injury, never
place cutting blade on base w ith out first
putting bow l properly in place.
Be sure ch opper lid is securely lock ed in place
before operating appliance.

To assem ble th e egg w h ite beater w ith th e
m otor unit, turn th e m otor unit clock w ise
direction until tigh tened. To disassem ble, turn
in th e adverse direction (see position A).
Plug th e h and- h eld blender to pow er outlet.
Place egg w h ite into th e cup, generally, put
tw o egg w h ite is enough (see position B).
Low er th e h and- h eld blender into food and
depress th e sw itch at th e top of th e m otor
unit (see position C).
To stop th e h and- h eld blender release th e
sw itch at th e top of th e m otor unit.
