ENGLISH 8.1 Adjustment of the remaining laundry moisture degree To change the default degree of the remaining moisture of the laundry: 1. Use the programme knob to set any programme. 2. Wait approximately 8 seconds. 3. Press and hold buttons (A) and (D) at the same time. ENGLISH 13 1. Open the door. 5. If necessary clean the filter with warm water using a brush. 2. Pull the filter. 6. Close the filter. 7. Remove fluff from the filter socket. For this a vacuum cleaner can be used. 8. Put the filter inside the filter socket . 12.2 Cleaning the drum WARNING! Disconnect the appliance before you clean it. 3. Open the filter. Use a standard neutral soap detergent to clean the inner surface of the drum and drum ribs. Dry the cleaned surfaces with a soft cloth.
www.aeg.com 13. TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Possible solution You cannot activate the appliance. Make sure that the mains plug is connected to the mains socket. Check fuse in fuse box (domestic installation). The programme does not start. Press Start/Pause. Make sure that the appliance door is closed. The appliance door does not close. Make sure that the installation of the filter is correct. Make sure that the laundry does not catch between the appliance door and the rubber seal.

ENGLISH 17 B Note that to prevent condensation problems, it is essential that the dryer be installed with the flexible hose to transmit its “exhaust” at least beyond the kitchen units; preferable outside the kitchen. In order to prevent the appliance from overheating, it is important that the steam exhaust is unobstructed. Thus, if a permanent hose installed to an external wall or ceiling, it must be ensured an exhaust capacity of minimum 150 m3/h.
www.aeg.com 15.3 Load door reversal WARNING! Before changing the door stop, disconnect the mains plug. Note regarding contact protection: The appliance is only secure for operations again once all plastic parts have been put. 1. Open load door. 2. Unscrew hinge A from the front of the appliance and remove the load door. 3. Remove cover plates B.
