1.4 Care and maintenance
Before cleaning or maintenance, always disconnect the power plug and allow the appliance to cool down.
The heating mat should not be washed or dry-cleaned.
If any stains need to be removed from the heating mat, use only cleaning agents intended for domestic
use. Do not use corrosive agents.
Clean the heating mat using a brush or vacuum cleaner only.
It is recommended to wipe the heating mat clean with a damp cloth.
Check that . . .
. . . the slide switch is set to ON.
. . . in your fuse box, the corresponding fuse is intact or whether the breaker has tripped.
Eliminate cause!
If the heater still does not warm up, call an engineer!
Check whether it is covered, so it could have overheated.
Eliminate cause!
If it does not warm up again after a few minutes‘ cooling down period, call an engineer!
Read the model (Modell) and E- and F-number from the rating
plate on the unit and tell customer service!
