•  ACCESS LEVEL, user level associated with the user (name) and password previously 
configured. FORUM AEQ allows up to 4 different levels of users: 
•  LEVEL 0: user does not have an associated password. The operations that are 
allowed  are  limited  to  opening  and  closing  channels  of  the  Mixing  consoles, 
adjust the  gain  through the  use of  the sliding  faders. These  users are  not 
allowed to carry out any modifications through the use of the  ForumSetup 
software application. 
•  LEVEL 1 (BASIC): These users have a password and the same permits as the 
Level 0 users but can also activate equalizers, filters and change channel input 
gain and the levels for the Audio output channels. 
•  Level  2  (ADVANCED):  In  addition  to  the  permissions  granted  to  users 
pertaining to  level 1, the Level 2 Users can operate,  configure and control the 
rest  of  parameters  associated  with  the  dynamics,  phase,  change  internal 
routing, etc. .The only restriction of this user is the permission to modify the IP 
addresses  to  the  two  different  network  ports  present  on  the  back  of  the  AEQ 
FORUM Mixing Console. This permission is specifically reserved for level 3. 
•  Level  3 (Supervisor):  This  is  the  highest  level  within  the  system,  reserved  for 
system  administrators  and  allows  for  the  full  access  to  all  your  equipment's 
menus  and settings. In addition, this is the only user  with  access to the AEQ 
FORUM Configuration Software. 
•  ID,  automatically  and sequentially  assigned  “serial  number”  of  the  different  users. 
USER CONFIGURATION sub-menu 
Beneath the  USER CONFIGURATION window is  located a  set of standardized buttons to 
manage the list of registered users: 
•  I ◄, scroll to the top of the list. 
•  ◄, move to the position immediately above the list 
•  ►, move to the position immediately below the list 
•  ► I, scroll to the last position in the list. 
•  +, insert a new entry in the list. 
•  -, delete selected entry from the list. Delete confirmation is requested. 
•  ▲, edit the selected entry. 
•  √, accept changes to the selected entry. 
•  X, reject changes to the selected entry. 
•   refreshes the information provided in the list.
