AEQ FORUM - DIGITAL AUDIO MIXER FOR BROADCAST APPLICATIONS

NTP Client Configuration Sub-menu

The on-screen options are:

• ACTIVE, ON or OFF

• NTP / SNTP Server (IP), IP address for the remote master clock.

• UPDATE EVERY (MIN), refresh period, the frequency with which AEQ FORUM will

contact the remote NTP time server to confirm that there are no deviations. The default

value is set to 10 minutes.

• TIME ZONE OFFSET is used to compensate for the difference in time zone(s) between

the location of the console and the time zone where the remote NTP clock is located.

4.3. PROGRAMMABLE CONFIGURATION Menu

This menu lets you configure the functions associated with the programmable keys and the

internal routing of audio signals of the AEQ FORUM. Clicking on the section

“PROGRAMMABLE CONFIGURATION” on the main screen of the configuration software, a list

of sub-menus is deployed on the left side of the workspace which includes:

• ROUTING CONFIGURATION, sub-menu where you define the cross points between

input channels or internal summing buses and output channels.

• PROGRAMMABLE KEYS, which set the actions associated to the each of the 15

programmable keys that are located in the section Control and Monitoring of the AEQ

FORUM..

• MIC GROUP CONFIGURATION allows defining microphone groups.

• PRESET CONFIGURATION allows create default settings associated with the various

processing capabilities of the AEQ FORUM: equalizers, filters, compressors, limiters

and noise gates.

• SNAPSHOT CONFIGURATION memory management of the mixer. (To make fully

visible, you may have to click the scroll arrow at the bottom of the left part of the

screen).
