PNEUMATICS
The pneumatic system draws bleed air from the engines or the APU to supply the following systems:
• Aircraft environmental control system (air-condition)
• Anti-ice systems (wing and cowl anti-ice)
• Engine starters
The bleed air system is managed automatically and accordingly there are only few controls.
There is not Bleed / Pneumatic EICAS Synoptic Page – valves and messages associated to the pneumatic system
are generated / visible on the Environmental Control System page (ECS) and Anti-Ice page. All valve position
indications are displayed according the following manner.
