I. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Description: The Aervoe LED Safety Vest is made of a 100%
Polyester high-visibility mesh material. A heavy-duty metal
zipper secures the front closure and the sides are adjustable
with hook and loop straps. Two vertical 2" reective stripes run
front to back over the shoulders and one horizontal stripe runs
across the waist. 8 LED lights are embedded in the vertical
reective tape on the front and back of the vest. 2-AA batteries
are required to operate the LED lights (not included).
Benefits: This vest is appropriate for moderate-risk
environments including poor weather conditions and trafc
approaching over 25 MPH. The LEDs increase visibility from
just reective tape alone.
Application: Surveying, highway and road construction, utility
work, and emergency response.
Directions: Remove battery housing from the inside pocket
located on the front left side of the vest. Slide the cover open
until it stops. Insert 2-AA batteries and close the cover. Turn
the lights on and off by pushing the button located on the end
of the battery housing and return to the inside vest pocket.
Cleaning Instructions: Do not submerge to clean. Spot
treat fabric with soap and water. Air dry only. No not bleach,
iron, or dry-clean.
Limitations: The reective stripes and LED lights on this vest
enhance visibility but cannot guarantee adequate visibility in all
situations. Weather conditions, your surroundings, keeping the
reective material clean, and installing fresh batteries to power
the LEDs will contribute to overall performance. Misuse and
poor maintenance may reduce visibility and result in serious
bodily injury.
