FOOD GRADE SILICONE MOLD RELEASE

I. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Features: Aervoe # 2011 Food Grade Silicone Mold
Release is an effective release agent for all types of
materials, including wax, ceramics, plastics, T.F.E., and
rubber.
Benets: A non-staining, non-corrosive formula that will
perform at temperatures between 40° and 550° F (4° and
288° C). It is safe on rubber, wood, and most plastics. It
meets FDA regulation 21CFR181.28 as a release agent
in the manufacture of food contacting material. Does not
contain CFC's.
Applications: Provides excellent lubricating properties
for guides, saws, slides, conveyors, and rollers on
packaging equipment. For use in foundries, compression
molders, extruders, investment castings, blow molders,
candle molders, and plastic injection molders.
Directions: Shake can well before using. Spray
product in a well ventilated area. For best results, use
at temperatures between 60° and 80° F (16° and 27° C).
Hold can 10-12 inches from mold surface and apply a
thin, light coating. Turn the insert part of the sprayhead
to adjust spray pattern.
