PRODUCT NUMBERS: 415 - 15 OZ. NET WT. AEROSOL
I. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Description: Off-Line Contact Cleaner HD is a high
delivery, fast penetrating, fast evaporating, non-
chlorinated aerosol cleaner that works on most surfaces
without leaving a residue. Safe for use on metal, rubber,
glass and matt plastic surfaces. Contact Cleaner is
effective in removing oil, grease, wax, dirt, and moisture.
For industrial use in manufacturing facilities. Not for retail
sale.
Benets: Use this highly rened cleaner on high-tech
electronic hardware PCBs and PWBs. With the extension
tube attached, you may access hard to reach crevices and
apply high pressure. A unique wetting action cleans the
nest instruments, contacts, relays, precision mechanical/
electrical solenoids and other delicate hardware. An
excellent water or moisture displacer.
Application: May be used on the production line and in
service maintenance where the highest purity is required
from an industrial cleaner degreaser. Safe for use on
electrical components, connectors, contacts, magnetic
tape heads, semiconductor assemblies, ofce equipment,
printer circuits, computer components, relays and
controls, telephone equipment typewriters, and TV tuners.
Directions: Aerosol: Simple to use, spray on and let dry.
No rinsing or wiping needed, dries in less than 2 minutes.
Test a small area to assure compatibility on painted
surfaces, specialty rubber, plastics, and laminates.
Product should be sprayed from a distance of 4 to 6 inches
from surface at temperatures between 50° and 90°F (10°
to 32°C). Bulk: Apply with a clean sprayer, cloth, or by
dipping. Do not use on electrical equipment or machinery
while in operation. Wait 5-10 minutes to allow solvents to
evaporate before energizing equipment.
Limitations: Please refer to the Safety Data Sheet
for specific information on material hazards, etc. At
temperatures below 40°F (4°C), aerosol propellant
pressure is diminished. Contact Cleaner is ammable,
so it should not be used on energized equipment.
