For the ”Lifetime“ of ownership the column is free from structural defects in material and workmanship.
”Lifetime“ means as long as the original purchaser owns the structure to which the column is attached, upon
proper installation of the product. AFCO Industries, Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, any column that
has failed as a result of defective material or workmanship. At no time will AFCO Industries, Inc. be liable for
more than the original purchase price of the column. AFCO Industries, Inc. does not warrant against the cost of
replacement or damages resulting from replacement of the defective column. It shall remain the responsibility
of the customer to ensure the columns purchased are designed for their particular installation. Any deviation
from the standard installation voids all warranties.

AFCO Industries, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as AFCO) warranties AFCO-Rail Aluminum to be free from structural defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of 15 years for the original purchaser and on the original structure which the product
is installed. AFCO will repair or replace, at its option, any AFCO-Rail Aluminum that has failed as a result of defective material
or workmanship. All AFCO-Rail Aluminum must be installed in accordance with AFCO instructions and in accordance with local
building codes. It shall remain the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the railing is designed for the particular application.
AFCO-Rail Aluminum receives a high quality powder coat finish applied according to AAMA 2604 Specifications. This finish
is guaranteed to not crack, chip, blister, or peel for a period of five years with normal use and weathering. Warranty for any
installation within one mile of ocean will be limited to one year against cracking, chipping, or peeling. Any claim under this
warranty must be made within 30 days of discovery of the problem and should be submitted in writing to the manufacturer.
At no time will AFCO Industries, Inc. be liable for more than the original purchase price.

AFCO Industries, Inc. certifies that all AFCO-Rail Vinyl will be free from structural defects in material and
workmanship. When subject to normal and proper use, the product is guaranteed to not peel, flake, blister, crack,
or abnormally weather for the life of the residential application.
