Intake kit Installation Instructions: 1994-2002 Dodge Ram Cummins L6-5.9L Stage 2 Si
Complete Stock Intake.
Step 1
Install high temp coupler to turbo using clamps provided.
Do not tighten.
Step 7
Use 5/16” nut driver to loosen clamps on OE tube at
turbo/air box and remove.
Step 2
Install housing into vehicle and position. Press down
firmly to seat. If this is installed on a 4x4 model, a clear-
ance hole will need to be drilled for the upper shock stud.
Step 5
Attach 6” hump coupler with clamps provided to tube and
install tube to turbo and filter adaptor. Adjust and tighten
all clamps with 5/16” nut driver.
Step 8
Un-clip upper half of air box and remove.
Step 3
Carefully lift and pull bottom half of air box to remove
from vehicle. Transfer rubber mounts to the new housing.
Step 4
Install filter adaptor to outside of housing using supplied
screws, washers, and nuts. Tighten with 7/16” socket or
wrench.

Install air filter and tighten with 5/16” nut driver.
Install cover and tighten using button head screws
provided. Tighten with 5/32” allen key.
