I) EnterSetupMode:Pressand hold i and 2 BUTTONSfor 3-5 seconds.
2) Usethe ENTERbutton to confirm settings.
3) Settings include:MONTH,DAY,YEAR,HOUR,MINUTE,andAM/PM.
4) ReviewSettings: Youcan reviewyoursettingsat any time whilein SetupMode.Usethe ENTERbutton to scroll
throughsettings.
5) ExitSetupMode:Toconfirm the Dateand Time,pressand holdENTERfor 3 seconds.
6) ToReset:SimplyreenterSetupModeand adjust Dateand Timeto the correct setting.
PULSEGRIPS
Placethepalm ofyour hands directlyon thegrip pulse handlebars.Bothhands mustgrip the bars foryourheart
rate to register.It takes5 consecutiveheart beats(i5-20 seconds)foryourheartrate to register.Whengripping
thepulsehandlebars,do notgrip tightly. Holdingthegrips tightly mayelevateyourbloodpressure.Keepa loose,
cupping hold. Youmay experiencean erratic readout if consistently holding the grip pulse handlebars.Make
sureto clean the pulse sensorsto ensurepropercontact can be maintained.SeeMAINTENANCESECTION.

Prior to wearingthe wirelesschest transmitter on your chest,
moistenthe tworubberelectrodeswith water.Centerthe chest
strap just below the breast or pectoral muscles, directly over
your sternum, with the logo facing out.
NOTE:Thechest strap must be tight and properly placed to
receivean accurateand consistent readout,ff thechest strap
is tooloose,orpositionedimproperly,you mayreceiveanerratic
or inconsistent heartrate readout.
