11. Repeat steps 3 -9 for the ‘End’ column
12. Press the ‘Suitcase’ button again to store the new information. A ‘Please Wait’ message will
appear and then it will go back to the main screen. ‘Holiday Enabled’ should now appear at
the bottom left corner of the screen on your AIMS handset
To Cancel a Holiday -
1. When the ‘Holiday Enabled’ message is visible on the main screen, press the ‘Suitcase’
button
2. The view will change to the ‘Holiday’ screen and display your current holiday ‘Start’ and ‘End’
times (You can use this opportunity to adjust your set time and dates here if you wish,
following the procedure from the beginning of this section.)
3. If you wish to cancel your current holiday settings press the ‘i’ button
4. You will then be asked if you want to ‘Cancel Holiday?’ and ‘No’ will be highlighted in dark
blue. If you do not wish to cancel your holiday at this time just press the ‘i’ button again and
you will be returned to the main screen and ‘Holiday Enabled’ will still be visible
5. If you are certain you want to cancel your holiday, press the ‘Suitcase’ button again until ‘Yes’
is highlighted in dark blue
6. Finally press the ‘i’ button and ‘Please Wait’ will appear briefly before you are returned to the
main screen and the ‘Holiday Enabled’ message should now be gone. Your holiday has now
been cancelled
In the event of a power cut –
If mains power is lost or disconnected for more than 15 minutes, when the power is restored the
handset will display a ‘Power Cut’ message. Press the ‘i’ button to select ‘OK’. This will send the
correct Date & Time settings to the Base Unit.
