GAS COOKTOP
The Legacy cooktop with sealed gas burners features continuous cast iron grates with matte porcelain
nish for moving pans with commercial-style ease. Available in Natural Gas with an included
Liquid Propane conversion kit.
GLIDE OUT BROILER SYSTEM™
This oven may look unassuming, but it features a powerful 8-pass, 2300 watt broiler element that’s heated
and ready to cook in just 5 minutes! The Full Broil mode provides complete coverage using the full eight
passes. The Half Broil mode uses the four right-hand passes and is perfect when cooking for one. The
smooth action sliding runner moves the broiler pan in and out of the oven safely and easily.
7-MODE MULTIFUNCTION OVEN
Oers ultimate exibility with 7 dierent cooking modes. Turn the convection o, leave it on or
go somewhere in between—you tailor the oven’s performance to your needs by selecting from the
convection bake, convection broil, fan assist bake, conventional bake, top brown, defrost, or base
heat modes.
VERTICAL CONVECTION OVEN (36" MODEL ONLY)
This programmable oven uses true convection to continuously circulate hot air through the cavity
for faster, more even cooking. Four heavy duty oven racks and a removable plate warmer provide 1.8
cu. ft. of capacity.
PLATE WARMING RACK (36" MODEL ONLY)
The 36" Legacy features a removable plate warmer that attaches to the convection oven’s rack supports.
