(height of instrument) Alert stops the laser automatically if the laser is disturbed or moved, preventing inaccurate readings. It will function only when selected. To activate this safeguard feature, press the H.I. Alert key (8). The LED indicator (10) will blink rapidly while the laser is self-leveling.
LT200New2007 15/08/07 19:52 Page 6 After turning the laser on and allowing it to self-level, hold the Auto/Man key for a few seconds until the X LED is lit continually. The laser is in automatic self-leveling mode in Y axis, and manual mode in X axis. Press (^) on the keypad to match a positive slope in X and (v) to match a negative slope; the Y axis will stay level. Press twice on the Auto/Man key to return to the automatic mode. The LT200 can be charged while working.
LT200New2007 15/08/07 19:52 Page 8 Check and calibrate in this order Check both sides of X axis • If X is within spec, proceed to check both sides of Y • If X needs calibration, calibrate X Check both sides of Y axis • If Y is within spec, proceed to final X to Y check • If Y needs calibration, calibrate Y; proceed to X to Y check Final X to Y check: compare +X, -X, +Y, -Y Use arrows to move beam up or down to reach proper calibration.
LT200New2007 15/08/07 19:52 Page 10 6. After calibrating X, check Y. Rotate laser 90° degrees so that -Y is facing the wall (this is the side of the laser with the keypad). 7. Select the Y axis by pressing the double arrow key ( >>l ) on the remote (or the HI key on the laser keypad). Look for • Y LED blinking rapidly, indicating leveling. When the LED blinks slowly, the laser is ready to verify Y axis calibration. 8. Check Y calibration: a) With detector, mark center of the beam (-Y).

La fonction Tilt coupera automatiquement le rayon laser si le laser est bousculé ou si son altitude change et ce, afin d’éviter toute mauvaise lecture du niveau. La fonction Tilt ne sera disponible que si l’utilisateur l’active. Afin d’actionner cette fonction, appuyer simplement sur la touche (8) du clavier de l’appareil.
LT200New2007 15/08/07 19:52 Page 20 Appuyer sur les touches (5) et (6) pour faire une pente manuelle positive ou négative sur l’axe X. Pour faire une pente sur l’axe Y, appuyer sur la touche Tilt (8). Les deux indicateurs lumineux (10) et (11) seront allumés pour vous informer que l’axe Y a été sélectionné. Appuyer sur les touches (5) et (6) pour faire une pente manuelle négative ou positive sur l’axe Y. Appuyer sur la touche Auto/Man pour retourner au mode automatique.
LT200New2007 15/08/07 19:52 Page 22 Chaque axe possède deux extrémités • + X et –X pour l’axe X • +Y et –Y pour l’axe Y Chaque extrémité d’axe doit être controlée. Il est possible de contrôler et de calibrer votre LT200 sur un chantier. Il vous est également possible de le renvoyer dans l’un de nos services après-vente agréés. Le laser peut être calibré soit directement sur le clavier, soit en utilisant la cellule de détection /télécommande RCR500 (en option), ou la petite télécommande (en option).

Lorsque le laser s’est recalé, marquer la position du second point -Y sur le mur à 30 mètres, à proximité de la première marque +Y. 5. Les deux marques +Y et -Y doivent être très proches. A 30 mètres, a distance entre les deux points ne doit pas excéder 6 mm (précision de ± 0,010%, soit ± 10 mm à 100 m). Si les deux marques sont distantes de plus de 6 mm à 30 mètres, l’axe Y doit être calibré. 3.

Il est recommandé d’entreposer et de transporter l’appareil et ses accessoires dans le coffret de transport. 2. Bien que votre LT200 soit étanche, vous devez le conserver, ainsi que ses accessoires, secs et propres. Nous vous recommandons de nettoyer le LT200 et ses accessoires après chaque utilisation. 3.
