Replace the flow cell cover and fix the six screws. Next steps:
• Perform a holmium oxide test, see “Holmium Oxide
Te s t” on page 86 to check the proper function of the
holmium oxide filter.
• Insert the flow cell, see “Exchanging a Flow Cell” on
page 105.
• Replace the front cover.
• Turn on the flow.
