Accessories for the B1500A
WARNING There are potentially hazardous voltages, up to ± 100 V (MPSMU/HRSMU) or 
± 200 V (HPSMU) at the Force, Sense, and Guard terminals.
To prevent electrical shock, do not expose these lines.
WARNING To prevent electrical shock during use, install an interlock circuit and connect the 
Interlock cable (See chapter 2.1.6 Other I/F and interlock).
CAUTION Never connect the Guard terminal to any output, including circuit common, chassis 
ground, or any other guard terminal. Doing so will damage the SMU.

Generator Unit) on the Agilent 4155 series Semiconductor Parameter 
Analyzer.
