The popup panel 1 Getting Started

•[ANALYSIS] menu - analyze the trace.

Use the cursor keys to move to the function you require,

and press S

ELECT again to select it.

NOTE If you do not select any option, the popup panel

disappears after approximately 10 seconds.

When you select [F

ILE], [CONFIG], [VIEW], [EVENTS], or

NALYSIS], you see a list of menu options. Use the UP and

OWN cursors to move to the option you want, and press

ELECT or RIGHT.

Close Menu To return to the main trace screen, select the <C

LOSE ..

ENU> option at the top of the menu.

ELP key on the Mini-

OTDR.

Zooming

Select [ZOOM] from the popup panel to zoom in and out of

the current trace. Use the R

IGHT and UP keys to zoom in,

and the L

EFT and DOWN keys to zoom out.

You can see a diagram of the full trace showing the

segment shown in the main picture in the bottom left

corner of the screen.

NOTE You can zoom around the current marker by selecting

Around Marker mode before selecting [Z

OOM]. You enter

Around marker mode by pressing the D

OWN key. Press

the D

OWN key again to restore the full trace.

If you are not in Around Marker mode, the trace is

zoomed from the beginning of the fiber.

Press the S

ELECT key to return to the main OTDR screen.
