Save To File
PDF Redirects the printout to a .pdf file. Clicking on the ... button opens a
system dialog box allowing you to specify a target directory of your
choice.
HTML Redirects the printout to a set of .html files. Clicking on the ... button
opens a system dialog box allowing you to specify a target directory
of your choice.
Buttons
Page Setup... Opens the Page Setup dialog box, allowing you to set the page size,
page orientation, and page margins. See also “Page Setup” on
page 555.
Printer... Opens the Print Setup dialog box, allowing you to select a printer, and
set the page size and page orientation.
Preview Opens the Report Preview dialog box display a preview of all pages
that will be printed. See also “Report Preview” on page 557.
Cancel Exits the dialog box without printing.
Print/Save If you selected any option under Save To File, the button is labeled
Save, otherwise Print. Print starts printing. Save starts writing the
printout to .pdf and/or .html files.
