1 Select two port insertion loss.

2 Enter the start frequency.
a. Press [Start Freq] if the menu key is not
already highlighted.
b. Enter the frequency using the numeric
keypad.
c. Press [Hz], [kHz], [MHz], or [GHz].
3 Enter the stop frequency.
a. Press [Stop Freq].
b. Enter the frequency using the numeric
keypad.
c. Press [Hz], [kHz], [MHz], or [GHz].
4 Normalize the test set.
a. [Normalize]
b. Follow the Normalize Wizard.
The Normalize Wizard, which
is built into the test set,
displays instructions to guide
you through normalization.
5 Attach the device whose insertion loss you
want to measure between the two 10 dB pads.
