1 Connect the BSTS to the
DSX panel
Refer to Figure 18-6

5 Select a test mode.

Choose this to perform a Delay test on a full
T1 Circuit. Delay measurements require full
T1 bandwidth.
6 [Setup] Select this to display a list of setup choices
that pertain to this test mode.
7 Setup Rx input.

b. [Terminate]
This assumes the test set is connected into a
jack that interrupts the circuit.
8 Setup line code.

b. [B8ZS]
This assumes the circuit is designed for
B8ZS.
9 Setup framing.
