Connect the Equipment
1. Refer to Figure 2-2 and connect the two ESGs as shown:
NOTE This denotes a short cable.
This denotes a long cable.

2. Turn on the function generator and set the following characteristics:
wave type: square wave
amplitude: 2.5 V
rms
frequency: 3.84 MHz
DC offset: +1.25 V
3. Turn on the signal generators and the transmitter tester.
