Power-on options
Some options can be selected only while you turn the LCR
meter on. These power- on options are listed in the table
below.
To select a power- on option, press and hold the specified
key in Table 1- 2 while turning the LCR meter ON ( ).
Table 1 - 2 Power-on options
Key Description
Tests the LCD.
All annunciators are displayed in the LCD. Press any key to
exit this mode.
Simulates the Auto Power-Off (APO) mode. Press any key
to turn the LCR meter back on and resume normal
operation.
Checks the firmware version.
The LCR meter’s firmware version will be shown on the
primary display. Press any key to exit this mode.
Performs the Open/Short CAL on all frequencies and all
ranges for the User mode ( ).

[1] The Open/Short CAL requires approximately 1.5 minutes to complete.
Enters the Setup menu.
See Chapter 3, “Setup Options,” starting on page 51 for
more information. Press and hold for more than 1
second to exit this mode.
