AGRI-FAB “3-YEAR” LIMITED WARRANTY

WHO IS COVERED: This Warranty covers only the original retail purchaser of an AGRI-FAB labeled

consumer or ATV/UTV product or part. It is not transferable.

HOW LONG DOES COVERAGE LAST: This Warranty remains in force for 3 years from the date of

purchase; provided, however, that if the product is used commercially the Warranty remains in force for only 90

days from the date of purchase. ALL LAWNCRAFTER® and AGRI-FAB® COMMERCIAL

PRODUCTS WILL HAVE A 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.

WHAT IS COVERED: Any defect in material or workmanship of your AGRI-FAB product or part.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

: Damage caused by misuse, excessive use, accident, neglect, alterations or

operation or maintenance other than in accordance with instructions. This Warranty also does not cover the

engine or electric sprayer pump motor, if applicable, which may be covered by a separate limited warranty

provided by the engine and electric sprayer pump motor manufacturer, or any parts which may need to be

replaced due to normal use of the product such as, but not limited to, belts and tires.

During the first year of ownership of the product, Agri-Fab’s current warranty will not change. For the second and third

year of ownership the items listed below are not covered by or under Agri-Fab’s three (3) year limited warranty as they are

considered “Wear Parts”.

HOW TO GET SERVICE: Deliver the AGRI-FAB product or part to Agri-Fab’s local authorized service dealer or distributor. If you do not know the dealer or distributor in your area, please write to the Customer Service Department of Agri-Fab, Inc., P.O. Box 903, SULLIVAN, ILLINOIS 61951. The return of a product or part to Agri-Fab will not be accepted unless prior written permission has been extended by Agri-Fab.
