ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 7. TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY Secure the ends of the hitch tubes together using two 5/16 x 2-1/2" hex bolts (8) and 5/16" nylock nuts (14). Do not tighten yet. See figure 3. Remove the bolt and nylock nut from the front right corner of the tray assembly. See figure 1.
11. Attach the lift tube assembly (2) and the hitch tube (5) to the rear hole on the left side of the tray using a 5/16 x 1-1/2" hex bolt (10) and 5/16" nylock nut (14). Tighten the nut then loosen 1/2 turn. 12. Tighten the nuts and bolts shown in figures 2 and 3. 14. Attach the wheels (1) to the lift tube assembly using a 1/2 x 4-1/8" hex bolt (7), two 1/2" washers (30), a 1/2" jam nut (13) placed between the wheel and the lift tube assembly and 1/2" a nylock jam nut (12) for each wheel. See figure 7. 15.

USING THE Smartlink Platform ATTACHING TOOLS - LOADING TOOLS ATTACHING TOOLS - CENTER BRACE Different tools should be attached in the ways outlined below to lower risk of injury. Always exercise caution when loading a tool into the platform. Depending on which tool is used, the center brace may need to be moved to either the center or top of the Smartlink Platform. 1. SPIKER/PLUGGER 1. Slide the bushings on each end of the tool into the axle retainers one end at a time.
OPERATION DETHATCHER 1. With the platform standing on footstands, slide the shoulder bolts on the dethatcher down into the retainer slots. See figure 13. 2. Rotate the dethatcher until the bushings go into the axle retainers. See figure 13. 3. Proceed to LOCKING TOOLS section below. Operation of the Smartlink Platform will change depending on what tool has been attached. Refer to the operation section for each tool before using it. NEVER LEAVE AN UNATTACHED TOOL LAYING UNATTENDED.
MAINTENANCE PLUG AERATOR 1. Mow lawn and remove loose clippings prior to use. 2. Start tractor engine with controls in neutral and place throttle at slow engine speed. 3. Engage shift lever at lowest possible forward speed and lower aerator, allowing plugger points to enter the ground. Increase speed as conditions permit. 4. Aerate in the straightest line possible, making overlapping passes to increase the plugger point pattern. 5.

INSTRUCTIONS POUR L’ASSEMBLAGE 9. NÉCESSAIRES À L’ASSEMBLAGE Clés de 3/4 po (2) Clés de 1/2 po (2) 10. Fixez le trou supérieur de la poignée de levage à celui de l’ensemble du tube de levage avec un boulon à six pans de 5/16 x 1 po (11) et un écrou à frein élastique de 5/16 po (14). Resserrez. Voir la figure 4. ASSEMBLAGE DE LA PLATE-FORME SMARTLINK 1. Faites pivoter les plaques des extrémités, attachées à l’assemblage du plateau, afin qu’elles soient en position verticale, comme indiqué à la figure 1.

Renforce les outils qui en ont besoin. Lève et abaisse les outils. Garde la poignée de levage en position de transport.
FONCTIONNEMENT UTILISATION DE LA PLATE-FORME SMARTLINK Le fonctionnement de la plate-forme Smartlink change selon l’outil qui y a été attaché. Consultez la section Fonctionnement pour chaque outil avant de vous en servir. FIXATION DES OUTILS – APPUI CENTRAL Selon l’outil qui est utilisé, il vous faudra déplacer l’appui central au centre ou en haut de la plate-forme Smartlink. 1. 2. ENTRETIEN AÉRATEUR À CUILLÈRE 1. 2. Tondez le gazon et enlevez l’herbe coupée avant utilisation. Démarrez le moteur du tractor avec les commandes au point mort, puis ouvrez la commande des gaz à un régime lent. 3. Engagez le levier sélecteur à la vitesse de marche avant la plus basse, et abaissez l’aérateur, permettant ainsi aux pointes de pénétrer le sol. Augmentez la vitesse au gré des conditions. 4.

OPERACIÓN CÓMO UTILIZAR LA PLATAFORMA SMARTLINK La operación de la plataforma Smartlink cambiará dependiendo de qué herramientas se hayan acoplado. Consulte la sección de operación correspondiente a cada herramienta antes de usarla. HERRAMIENTAS DE ACOPLAMIENTO – RIOSTRA DE MEDIO Dependiendo de la herramienta que se use, la riostra de medio puede que necesite moverse ya sea al centro o a la parte superior de la plataforma Smartlink. 1. 2. MANTENIMIENTO AIREADOR DE TACOS 1. Corte el césped y retire las ramas sueltas antes de usar el aireador. 2. Arranque el motor del tractor con los controles en neutro y coloque el acelerador para que el motor funcione a baja velocidad. 3. Enganche la palanca de cambios a la menor velocidad de avance posible y descienda el aireador, hasta que las puntas del aireador de tacos penetren en la tierra. Aumente la velocidad según las condiciones lo permitan. 4.
