Place the second wheel slightly in front of the wheel support assembly to support the poly tray in step 9. 1. Position the poly tray as shown in figure 10. Attach the wheel support braces (4) to the wheel support using two 5/16" x 2-1/2" hex bolts (A), 5/16" washers (W), and 5/16" nylock nuts (H).

With the valve stem facing out, place the wheel onto the axle and secure with a 1" washer (M) and a 3/16" x 2" cotter pin (T). Spread the ends of the cotter pin. Repeat for the other side. 2.

At the beginning of each season, using a light machine oil, lubricate the latch and the tongue pivot point. 2. Grease the wheel bearings periodically. Use automotive wheel bearing type grease. 3.
