   the following symptoms.

① If gateway reset is required
· Automatic connection is made when the connection between the gateway and registered
   WiFi (AP) is disconnected. If you want to connect manually because the gateway and 
   registered WiFi (AP) are not automatically connected after tens of minutes have passed, 
   reset the gateway.
· If the registered WiFi is not found after connecting to the gateway by Bluetooth pairing in the
   App or a new WiFi AP you want to connect to is not found (WiFi AP-2.4GHz must be nearby), 
   reset the gateway. After resetting the gateway, try pairing and verify it by pressing the gateway 
   alarm button for 7 seconds to restore the Bluetooth connection between the phone (App) 
   and the gateway during use.
   After pairing is complete, the registered WiFi on your phone will be searched for or a new 
   WiFi AP you are trying to connect to is searched for.
② If band reset is required
· Automatic connection should be made after the connection between the band and the 
  gateway is disconnected, but if automatic connection is not possible even they are close each 
  other, reset the band (you can check the connection through the gateway LED) 
· Reset the band when it is not connected to the gateway for a long time even after the band 
  is powered on. You can check the connection by LED blinking indicating the band connection 
  among the gateway LEDs.
③ After gateway reset (①) or band reset (②), check the communication status of the 
     gateway and the band through the gateway LED and check the communication status 
     through the paired phone (App).
· Among the LEDs of the gateway, you can check the interconnection and connection status 
   by the LED blinking associated with the band or phone.
· Check if the communication connection between the gateway and the band is normal through 
   the <Communication Check> function of the phone (App) which is paired with the gateway.
   If the pairing between the gateway and the phone (App) is normal, you can check the 
   communication status with the gateway on the paired phone (App) regardless of the cloud 
   connection (<device settings>/<paired app only>/<communication check>).
· Check your phone manufacturer's OS patch. (Refer to 4. Information necessary for use of the 
   application on user manual)
· Reinstall the apps in the following order. 
- Delete the AIMON app → Install the latest patch provided by the mobile phone 
   operating system and manufacturer → Use after reinstalling the AIMON app
